Welcome to Divya Motors. By visiting our website (divyamotors.in), booking a service, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
These terms govern your use of Divya Motors' car service, repair, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), pick-up and drop, and breakdown assistance services, as well as your use of our website and any digital communication channels.
1. Service Bookings and Appointments
- Service bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp (+91 97149 80214), or by calling us directly. All bookings are subject to workshop availability at the requested date and time.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as equipment issues, staff illness, or capacity constraints. We will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative slot.
- Walk-in visits are accepted during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM), subject to availability. Booked appointments receive priority scheduling.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone to avoid inconvenience to other customers.
- For pick-up and drop bookings, the vehicle must be accessible and keys available at the agreed time. If pick-up cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, the slot may be forfeited.
2. Estimates, Pricing, and Payments
- All service estimates are provided in writing before any work begins. We do not commence repairs or replacements without your explicit approval of the estimated cost.
- Estimates are based on the vehicle's visible condition at the time of inspection. If additional issues are discovered during the service, we will contact you with a revised estimate and will not proceed with additional work without your approval.
- Final charges may vary from the estimate only if additional work was authorised by you or if the vehicle's actual condition differs materially from what was initially apparent.
- Payment is due in full upon collection of your vehicle. We accept cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), credit and debit cards, and bank transfer.
- For Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans, full payment is due at the time of AMC activation. AMC plans are non-refundable once any AMC service has been availed.
- Price ranges displayed on our website are indicative estimates. Actual prices depend on your specific vehicle, its condition, parts availability, and the scope of work required.
3. Vehicle Drop-Off and Collection
- When dropping off your vehicle, please remove all valuables, important documents, and personal items. Divya Motors is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle during service.
- You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle's condition, any known issues, recent repairs, and any relevant history when dropping off.
- We recommend collecting your vehicle within 24 hours of notification that service is complete. For vehicles left beyond 48 hours without communication, we reserve the right to apply a storage charge of Rs. 100 per day from the third day onward.
- Please bring a valid photo ID and your vehicle registration document when collecting your vehicle.
4. Spare Parts and Materials
- We use genuine manufacturer parts, OEM-equivalent parts, or branded aftermarket parts of comparable quality. The type of part used will be specified in your service estimate and invoice.
- If you specifically request genuine manufacturer parts only, please inform us at the time of booking. Genuine parts may be subject to different pricing and availability timelines.
- Replaced parts will be returned to you upon request, so you can verify what was changed. This is standard practice at Divya Motors.
- Warranty on parts is as provided by the respective part manufacturer. Divya Motors will assist in processing part warranty claims where applicable.
5. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Terms
- AMC plans are valid for 12 months from the date of activation and cover only the vehicle registered under the plan at the time of purchase.
- AMC services must be availed within the plan validity period. Unused services do not carry over to the following year and are not refundable.
- AMC plans are non-transferable to another vehicle. If you sell or transfer ownership of the registered vehicle, the AMC plan is void. Please contact us to discuss options.
- Discounts included in AMC plans apply to the labour and parts portion of qualifying services only. They do not apply to consumables, insurance work, or services not covered under your specific plan tier.
- Divya Motors reserves the right to modify AMC plan terms for future renewals. Existing plans will be honoured under their original terms until expiry.
6. Pick-Up and Drop Service
- Free pick-up and drop is available within a 10 km radius of our workshop in Zundal, Gandhinagar. Areas beyond 10 km may be subject to a nominal transport charge.
- Pick-up and drop availability is subject to driver availability and must be booked in advance. Same-day pick-up requests are accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible, keys are available, and a responsible person is present at the pick-up location.
- Divya Motors carries a basic transit insurance during pick-up and drop. Any damage must be reported immediately upon vehicle return before the driver departs.
7. Breakdown Assistance
- Breakdown assistance is available within a 10 km radius of our workshop, subject to technician availability.
- Response time is typically within 30 minutes for locations within the service radius, but is not guaranteed during peak hours or adverse weather.
- Breakdown assistance charges apply per the nature of the service required and will be communicated before work begins.
- For breakdowns outside our service radius, we can advise and connect you with appropriate towing or roadside assistance services.
8. Liability
- Divya Motors is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damage that was present in the vehicle before it was brought in for service, provided such conditions are documented at the time of drop-off.
- We are not liable for mechanical failure unrelated to the service performed, including failures caused by pre-existing wear, deferred maintenance, or components outside the scope of the agreed service.
- Our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the cost of re-performing the service or a refund of the service charge, at our discretion.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of earnings, transport costs, or inconvenience resulting from a service delay or defect.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
9. Warranty on Labour
- Divya Motors provides a 30-day warranty on labour for the specific repair or service performed. If the same issue recurs within 30 days due to our workmanship, we will re-inspect and rectify at no additional labour charge.
- This warranty does not cover issues caused by further damage, accidents, misuse, or wear after the service was completed.
- To raise a warranty concern, contact us within the warranty period via WhatsApp or phone with your service invoice number.
10. Website Use
- The content on divyamotors.in is provided for general information purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free at all times.
- Price ranges and service details on our website are indicative estimates and do not constitute a binding quotation until confirmed in writing.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission from Divya Motors.
- We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites linked from our site.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

12. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers who have a current AMC plan.
